Aisha & Amina

Good day yall,

Here is a story sent to me by @nuelnonny, i hope you enjoy it and please share your comments.

__

I’m a huge fan of sleep, however I also tend to wake up easily even by the smallest disturbance of someone talking along the hallway or anything else that silly, which is why I chose to live in Zoo estate in Enugu. However, tonight’s sleep has been very relaxing.I was dreaming about Amina, that chic just rocks my world, my dream about her was particularly erotic until the blaring of some car’s horn woke me up. I wasn’t exactly furious, I just stood up, with my kind of erratic sleep schedule, I was sure that I can’t go back to bed again for the next couple of hours.

I stood up from the bed and went into my living room to continue with my tv shows, out of curiosity, I peeped out of my window to find out who the heck was blaring their horn at freaking 4am on a Wednesday night.

It was Amina’s car at the gate, she was just coming back, I couldn’t but wonder where she was coming from at this time of the night. Knowing her for a while now, she isn’t the night crawling type at all but ever since the case of her sister’s kidnap, she’s been worried sick. I have been her crying shoulder since the kidnap happened. If not for whom her dad is, I would have confronted her about my big crush on her, a perfect Hausa beauty. I always couldn’t get past her pretty face whenever she delves into her sorrow mood about her sister.

She must have been hanging out with her lowlife of a boyfriend that’s why she’s just coming home at this ungodly hour! I really do not get how she settled for him.

If only her dad knew she was dating that baboon. How do you spend so much on a girl and she goes behind your back to settle with a guy like that.

Then my doorbell rings, wait, what does she want again? What’s so important that she’ll come to my flat at this time of the night, abi is she so high again on that cheap stuff he smokes? It’s quite unfortunate that her car horn woke me up as it is, now it’s for me to listen to her sad story meanwhile she’ll go over to that her riff raff boyfriend to shag. I just couldn’t bear it

I was feeling jealous of the hausa punany that ignorant mofo was enjoying,I couldn’t  bring myself to see her in such a state. Amina, beautiful Amina. All tired, abused and shattered. I couldn’t really tell which one was worrying her worse, that sick case of her boyfriend or the kidnap of her sister..

Amina can’t continue doing this to herself. Aisha, her twin would never have approved of such. Aisha had been kidnapped about 4 months ago. Her dad won’t pay the ransom demanded, he says he can’t be an AIG and succumb to the tantrums raised by bloody street criminals. Amina might have just taken the search too personal, losing her mum recently didn’t help matters. Yes, the twin connection, but…   She had gone behind her dad’s back negotiating with the kidnappers.

My dad won’t pay you she told the kidnappers, all I have is N1.5 million. That should be day 23 when she communicated with the kidnappers. I borrowed her some of the money, about N500,000. Seemed she worked something out with them because on Sunday (day 26) they agreed on a drop-off. Location was set and in my stupid senses I agreed to drive her there. Driving through the streets of Enugu at 2am on a Monday was just too lonely, from Zoo estate through Fire Service to New Haven, It was so silent and scary.

The smile on Amina’s face was priceless as we were about to rescue her sister. I was so close to asking her out that moment but I knew it wasn’t timely, the fact I helped raise some money that must really tell you I care. Even her best friend and her sister would know something is wrong with her if she says no to my professing of love for her.  We parked by presidential hotel waiting for the next call.

‘’Drop the money in the changing room by the pool, No! drop it off in the open boot of the grey Mercedes R350’, we are watching you the caller said.

“They are obviously confused and they sounded as such. Why a last minute change of location.” I muttered to Amina

“How come we have still not seen or heard from Aisha”, I added

“Just do it Obinna”, Amina said.

I dropped off the money and moved as directed back to the car patiently waiting for Aisha. Then the Mercedes sped off, why did it not occur to me the car did not have a plate number? Our money was gone, Aisha was nowhere around, why did I agree not to involve the Police, then it hit Amina.

What will she tell her dad happened to the N1.5 million her mum left for her, she cried. The fact that I lost N500,000  didn’t bother me so much as seeing Amina cry. I know for sure my dad will never notice the money missing. The plastic company I was running can generate that in 3 days.

If only my dad knows am spending his money on one Hausa girl! Aisha, the quiet and intelligent one got N2.5million unlike Amina. She had always been the good one so it shocked Amina finding only 1.5 million in her account after they shared the money as their mother requested. With her N1.5 million, she borrowed N500, 000 from Oga Chuks and I.

Oga Chuks was a notorious dealer in everything illegal. Borrowing from Oga Chuks was surely her biggest mistake. Her thoughts were with her sister’s freedom, her dad won’t have a problem paying Oga Chuks back after getting Aisha back was our game plan, it was stupid.

Even though she tried explaining to her dad what happened he just didn’t believe her. Yes we ended up getting the money 3 days after scheduled time he promised but we knew Amina was already in shit with Oga chuks.

Her dad finally came through with the N2.5million,she paid off Oga chuks with 20% more but he and his son had other plans.

The unfortunate part was Oga’s son, the heir to the throne won’t keep his eyes off her. If only I knew earlier that Chuka was only taking advantage of her.

After giving everyone back their money, Amina apparently vanished from the surface of the earth, I couldn’t find her, she wasn’t in her house, she wasn’t returning my calls, and neither did he reply my messages and all. I was feeling used until some days later.

I opened the door and the Amina I saw shocked me. More beautiful than ever before, “do not worry I spent the last week at home and we found Aisha” she said as Aisha entered behind Amina.

I took a deep breath when i saw the both of them, but that wasn’t the only news they had for me.

Aisha confessed she wanted to get money from their stingy father to finance their relocation to Europe. Aisha knew only a brute method could extract money from their father’s tight grip.I asked why they couldn’t use the money their mother left for them. She confessed that their father was keeping Aisha’s own.

There was a lot to digest, sitting in my living room, I listened to Aisha defend their kidnap scam to extort money from their father. I however doubted how they were able to escape police. Aisha revealed they had eloped to Ghana all this while the Enugu police were searching for them.

Aisha pushed a brown envelope to me, returning my cash to me. Aisha was so secretive that she dint include her own twin sister in her plan to elope with her boyfriend after collecting kidnap ransom money.

Aisha was ready to make the transition to Europe, she stopped wearing the hijab, clad in short gowns, revealing her juicy body, tattoos on her boobs, piercing on her nose. As she finished her story, a car was honking downstairs. Aisha stood up and asked to take her leave and low and behold, her boyfriend was downstairs to take her away, the person who came out of the car, the other architect of the whole plan was no other than Chuka, Oga chuks’ son.
